Client: Springfield Papers
Location: Warmley (in South Gloucestershire).
Wylde IA were approached to complete a full design scheme for their offices. The business was expanding and the space needed to adapt and accommodate the increased numbers of personnel. The brief was set for us to transform the space, allowing it to accommodate up to 20 people in a modern open-plan office with break out space, copy point, storage and think-tank meeting rooms.
We continued from the work that had already been done stripping the space and extending it. We designed a space that allowed a work station per person and space for collaborative working which reflects the brand strategy of Springfield.Completed Summer 2016
Springfield is currently a leading name as paper supplier to a significant and growing number of customers in the education, higher education, legal, health and public sectors. The business model meant the design scheme we implemented had to offer a flexible space for teams to evolve, a social space to encourage breaks and eating away from the desk, standing desks and private booths for meetings and or phone calls.
We transformed a fairly dark space into a bright and flexible office that represents the ideology of the business with the forest artworks and graphics but is also a practical and high functioning business place.
