The beating heart of the home; the kitchen disco. The trend for this year is set to celebrate the most social space in the house with a combination of practicality and playfulness. Amplify your kitchen design with a design scheme that caters to entertaining guests with quirky design features with a modern edge – introducing the latest technology and integrating gadgets alongside mood-lighting, speakers and bold pops of colour. Add a retro feel to the space with gold accents and metallic fixtures, neon signage or even a disco ball – injecting a fun and playful feel to a functional and modern space.
The living room wonderland – this year we’re expecting to see a revival of maximalism in our lounges! Expect warm, sunset inspired colour palettes running through magentas, scarlets, burnt oranges to sumptuous golds and bronze accents. Scalloped and rounded edges are here to stay with the retro trend holding fast this year.
